massa, as Matter in portuguese, is a documental video that recours to interference: between normative and emergent; analog-digital; slum-asphalt. It investigates the intersection of times and spaces in territorial overlay. To subvert the video and sound synthesis works as analogy to the destructive accumulus that is experienced in urban metropolis and the hybridization of media. The video is presented with a live sound performance, with field-recorded, generative samples, inviting the urban agent to weave its fragments.
